Am I eligible to get my prescriptions delivered by Instacart?
If the prescriptions are eligible, you will receive a ready text with a clickable link for delivery options. Keep in mind some prescriptions may not be eligible even if they are filled at the same time. If the link has expired, you can text ORDER to 67056 to generate a new link.

This will take you to the patient portal where you may be prompted to verify your first name and date of birth. Once you're past the page, you will then see the prescriptions that are eligible for delivery. To proceed, click Add Prescriptions and then click Go to Delivery.

Why do one or more of my prescriptions not appear in the list of prescriptions eligible for delivery?
Not all prescriptions are currently supported for delivery. Controlled substances, drugs that need refrigeration, and certain other drugs are not currently eligible for delivery. For more information, please contact your pharmacy.
I'm getting an error "unable to save reminders preferences" when I verify my first name and date of birth in the link.
This error comes up if you have more than one account with the pharmacy. For example, you may have a manager account and a text-only account. Please contact us as we will need to remove the duplicate account. Let us know if you prefer to use the online account or stick with the text-only one.
